Our main goal is to maintain the health and safety of our patients during this coronavirus outbreak. Beginning March 16, all psychotherapy, testing feedback, and initial appointments will be conducted via phone or video (Facetime or Zoom). Testing appointments for children ages 7 and older may be conducted via Zoom on a case by case basis.
We are continuing to monitor Austin Public Health updates and will advise patients of any changes in our office policies or procedures. Experts are unclear how long the coronavirus may be around. You can take everyday preventive actions like staying away from sick people and washing your hands (for 20 seconds minimum) to reduce the spread of germs. If you are sick, stay home from work or school to prevent spreading illness to others. Please call your doctor if you suspect you or your child may have the coronavirus or other illness.
Wearing a mask and social distancing have also been proven to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus. Thanks for your patience during this time, and know that we are here for you. We will continue to post updates here and on our Facebook page.
New patient inquiring on virtual services + acceptance of BCBS of Texas (PPO). Thank you.
